Premyera turns a couple's real story into a short animated film and delivers it on a private reveal page. To make it, we need your photos and your story. This policy explains in plain words what we collect, why, who helps us, how long we keep it and how you stay in control.

In this policy, buyer means the person who orders and pays for the film. Recipient means the person the film is made for.

Who we are

Adults only

Premyera is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to use it, and everyone in the photos must be 18 or older too. We check every uploaded photo automatically and reject photos in which anyone may be under 18, including photos with children.

What we collect

From the buyer:

• Photos of the buyer and the recipient.
• Names, and your answers to our questions about your story.
• Your letter to the recipient. For Premium, the recording of your own voice, if you choose to narrate yourself.
• Email address, phone number (WhatsApp) and the account you sign in with (Google or email).
• Occasion dates, such as a birthday, only if you ask for reminders.
• Order and payment status: package, amount, date, payment method and transaction number. We never see or store your card details. You enter them on the page of our payment provider (Epoint) or of the bank.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and how you use our website.

From the recipient:

• When the reveal page was opened. The buyer sees this (for example, "opened at 21:04").
• A reaction video, only if the recipient turns on the camera and then chooses to send the recording.
• A reply (text or voice note), only if the recipient sends one.
• IP address and device data when the page is opened.

Why we use it

• To make the film: write the story, draw the characters, animate the scenes, add narration and edit the film together.
• To check photos for safety (no minors) and quality.
• To deliver the film on a private page.
• To take payments, issue refunds and keep the records the law requires.
• To talk to you about your order on WhatsApp or by email.
• To send reminders, only if you asked for them.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it (analytics, only if enabled).

We do not sell your data. We never use your photos, story, voice or film to train AI models. We only work with providers whose terms do not allow them to train on the data we send.

Legal basis: your consent

We process personal data with your consent, under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data" No. 998-IIIQ of 11 May 2010. Before you upload photos, you consent to:

• the processing of your data and of the recipient's data that you give us;
• the processing of facial images and, for Premium, your voice. The Law treats facial images and voice as biometric data (Article 9.5);
• the cross-border transfer of this data to the providers listed below. Article 14.3 of the Law allows cross-border transfer with the data subject's consent.

We keep the exact version of the consent text you accepted together with your order.

When you order, you also confirm that you appear in the film yourself and that you believe the recipient would welcome a private film. The recipient stays in control and can delete the film at any time.

Faces and biometric data

• Face screening. An automated face-detection service checks each photo. It returns only the number of faces and an estimated age range. We use this to block photos with minors and photos we cannot use.
• We do not create face templates, face embeddings or face-recognition profiles. We do not identify anyone and do not compare faces with any database.
• Your real photos go only to the face screening, to a check that suggests who is who in each photo (you confirm it) and to the image model that draws the characters. The animation models only ever receive the drawn images, never your real photos.
• In the finale of the film, your real photos appear untouched, exactly as you uploaded them.

Who processes data for us

These providers process data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us. The country shown is where the company is based; its servers may be in other countries.

• Supabase (USA): database and file storage.
• Vercel (USA): website hosting.
• fal.ai (USA): image and animation models that draw the characters and scenes.
• Anthropic (USA): writing the story outline and the script (text only).
• Google, Gemini API (USA): automatic quality checks, and sorting who is who in photos.
• Microsoft Azure Speech (USA) and ElevenLabs (USA): narration (they receive only the script text).
• Amazon Web Services Rekognition (USA): face screening (number of faces and age range).
• Epoint (Azerbaijan): card payments. If you pay by a bank payment link, the bank processes the payment.
• Resend (USA): email notifications.
• PostHog (USA) and Meta (USA): website analytics, only if enabled. We never send them your photos, story or film.
• WhatsApp, Meta (USA): our chat with you, when you write to us on WhatsApp.

How long we keep data

• Source photos: deleted 30 days after the film is delivered. If you do not order, the photos from your preview are deleted 30 days after upload.
• Photo copies in the gift: the smaller copies (without metadata) shown in the film's finale and in the Story Walk are part of the gift: they are kept as long as the film is hosted and deleted when the recipient deletes the film or the hosting period ends.
• Your voice recording (Premium): deleted together with the source photos.
• The film: hosted for 12 months after delivery. You can download it for free during this time.
• Approved characters: kept for 12 months so you can order a sequel ("Chapter 2"), unless you delete them earlier.
• Reaction videos: deleted after 90 days, unless both people gave separate written consent to use them in ads.
• Order and payment records: kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Account data: kept while your account is open. Deleted on request, except records the law requires us to keep.

Every deletion is logged.

The recipient is in control

• The reveal page has a "Delete this film" button. One click and a confirmation permanently delete the film, the characters and the reaction. The link stops working, and the buyer sees that the link was closed.
• The reaction camera turns on only after the recipient taps to allow it. The recipient watches the recording first, then sends it only to the buyer or deletes it.
• A reaction is never public.

Private by default

• Every film has its own private link with a long random code that cannot be guessed.
• Reveal pages are hidden from search engines (noindex).
• The WhatsApp link preview shows an envelope, not faces.
• The buyer can add a passcode. The recipient can download the film only if the buyer allows it.
• We never publish a film or a reaction (in ads, on our website or anywhere else) without separate written consent from both people.

Security

• Files are kept in private storage.
• AI models receive temporary file links that stop working within 15 minutes.
• Passcodes are stored only in hashed form.
• Only team members who need it for their work can access orders.

Cookies and analytics

We use the cookies we need for sign-in, your language and the prices you see. If analytics are enabled, PostHog and Meta Pixel may set cookies to measure visits and purchases. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

Under Article 7 of the Law "On Personal Data", you have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you and how we use it;
• get a copy of your data;
• correct inaccurate data;
• have your data deleted;
• ask us to stop processing it;
• withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing already done. If you withdraw consent before the film is ready, we cannot finish it.

The recipient has the same rights, even without an account. To use them, write to — or on WhatsApp (—). We may ask you to confirm who you are. You can also complain to the competent state authority or go to court.

Changes to this policy

We publish every new version here with a new date. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will ask for your consent again.
