How we use AI

Premyera films are made with the help of artificial intelligence (AI), and we say so openly. The story, the photos and the words are yours. AI helps us draw them and set them in motion. A person checks every film.

How a film is made

• Your story. You answer our questions, upload photos of the two of you and write your letter.
• Script. Our story team and AI turn your answers into a story outline and a script in your language. You can edit the outline in the free preview.
• Characters. AI draws the two of you as stylised characters, based on your photos. You choose the versions that look like you.
• Scenes. AI draws each scene with the characters you approved, then animates it. The animation models only receive these drawings, never your real photos.
• Narration and music. A synthetic voice narrates the story in Azerbaijani, Russian or English. With Premium, you can record the narration in your own voice instead. We never clone voices. The music comes from a licensed library.
• Finale. The film ends with your real photos, exactly as you uploaded them. We never alter them with AI; we only add a slow zoom.
• Human check. Before delivery, a member of our team checks every film against a checklist.

Our styles

• Warm 3D animation: soft light, warm colours, expressive characters.
• Storybook: looks like hand-painted illustrations from a picture book.

Both styles are clearly animated. The characters look like you, but they are drawn characters, not an imitation of real video footage. We do not copy or name any film studio.

What we never do

• We do not make realistic imitations of real people. Every character is a stylised animated character.
• We do not make films about people who have died, and we do not offer memorial films.
• We do not clone voices. Characters do not speak on screen; a narrator tells the story.
• We do not alter your real photos.
• We do not put children, public figures or explicit content in films.
• We do not use your photos, story, voice or film to train AI models.
• We do not publish your film without written consent from both people.

How every film is labelled

• End credit: every film ends with a small credit in the language of the film: "AI ilə hazırlanıb" (Azerbaijani), "Сделано с ИИ" (Russian) or "Made with AI" (English).
• Reveal page: the same line appears in the footer of the reveal page.
• Metadata: every MP4 file carries a machine-readable "AI-generated" tag.
• Watermarks: some AI models add their own invisible watermark (for example, SynthID on Google models).

If you share the film publicly, please keep the credit visible.

Legal basis

Article 13-2.7 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Information, Informatisation and Protection of Information" was added by Law No. 387-VIIQD of 21 April 2026 and has been in force since 6 May 2026. It requires photos, videos and audio made with AI to carry a clear, easily visible label when they are shown publicly.

Our films are private, but we label every film anyway, so the label stays on if the film is ever shared. Azerbaijani law also protects a person's image and voice. That is why the buyer must appear in the film and confirm that the recipient would welcome it, and why the recipient can delete the film at any time. See our Terms of Service.

Which AI services we use

• Anthropic (Claude): story outline and script.
• Image and animation models via fal.ai: characters, scenes and animation.
• Google (Gemini): automatic quality checks.
• Microsoft Azure Speech and ElevenLabs: narration.
• Amazon Web Services Rekognition: face screening (only the number of faces and an age range, to keep minors out).

When AI gets it wrong

AI can make mistakes: a character may not look quite right, an image may have an error, or a name may be pronounced wrongly. That is why a person checks every film, and why we fix or remake films for free. See Revisions, remakes and refunds.
